REMEDIATION

From Portal

1. Sign in to the AWS Management Console and open the Amazon EC2 console at https://console.aws.amazon.com/ec2/.
2. On the top right panel, just next to support icon you can choose the region where you want to launch your instance. For Brazilian region choose "sa-east-1".
3. Choose Launch Instance as per your configuration.
