REMEDIATION

From Portal

Sign in to the AWS Management Console and open the Amazon EC2 console at https://console.aws.amazon.com/ec2/.
On the top right panel, just next to support icon you can choose the region where you want to launch your instance. For Brazilian region choose "sa-east-1".
Choose Launch Instance as per your configuration.
